Who is Soul Corporations®?

Our Story

I’m greeted by a team of warm, vibrant people who shake my hand, asked me for my name, write NICK on a big sticky badge and plonk it onto my chest and show me where to join the 200 delegates for coffee.

I’m a young internal communications manager for American Express EMEA. My job is to benchmark the public-private sector transformation strategy of the British Airways of Lord Colin Marshall. ‘Putting People First’ is the programme, and it includes two-day events for 38,500 people and were staged all around the world.  Backed up by a range of key people and organisation development initiatives, they make Airline of the Year again and again.

Inspired, I went on to help American Express develop record business performance with their own programme.  Since then we’ve spent many years working on the good, the bad and the ugly of culture change solutions with many major brands and SME’s. Soul Corporations is the place where we can share what we’ve learnt.

Our Mission

Name a business that has soul. Got one? Got a few? (You’ll be lucky). You know instantly when an organisation has soul. It connects with you on a deep and personal level. It makes an impact. Now imagine this was your business. Where every engagement with your employees connected at this deep level. Where your leaders led with soul. Where every team member spoke with soul. Where your customers had an experience that was full of soul.

Soul Corporations® is a global movement that aims to find, heal and connect people with their own soul, the soul of their team, the soul of the organisation. Because this is what leads to profound transformation and a lasting legacy.

This movement is for those leaders and influential professionals who like us want to breathe life into the world people work in and believe in the potential people have for everyday greatness.

‘To be their best, people need to put their heart and soul into what they do.”  Nicholas Brice
