Our Story
I’m a young internal communications manager for American Express EMEA. My job is to benchmark the public-private sector transformation strategy of the British Airways of Lord Colin Marshall. ‘Putting People First’ is the programme, and it includes two-day events for 38,500 people and were staged all around the world. Backed up by a range of key people and organisation development initiatives, they make Airline of the Year again and again.
Inspired, I went on to help American Express develop record business performance with their own programme. Since then we’ve spent many years working on the good, the bad and the ugly of culture change solutions with many major brands and SME’s. Soul Corporations is the place where we can share what we’ve learnt.
