LIVE WITH SOUL
Live a more soulful life, connect more deeply with yourself & othersOur AI-powered, digital world presents us with some unique work-life challenges…
We’ve recently been using our new book The Mindful Communicator as the basis for one-to-one and small group coaching to help leaders and busy professionals in a hybrid workplace find more joy and connection with themselves and their colleagues as they work together to create value for their organisation and its customers.
The feedback has been excellent.
Typically, group coaching is with 6-10 people, running for two months up to nine. We use an Integrative Approach: an approach that is both broad – we cover seven core principles – and deep: each principle includes pre-reading, backed up by facilitated online or in-person development ‘sprints’ of 45-90 minutes with focused application and implementation activity in-between.
This Integrative Approach offers a holistic pathway to personal and professional development that is balanced, rather than focusing on one specific area. By engaging with all these principles, individuals can expect to sustainably enhance their presence, clarity, and intentionality in each communication. These practices work online or in-person, from one-to-one conversations, to team meetings, right up to large group presentations. The coaching process leads to more meaningful interactions and stronger connections in the workplace. This approach can cultivate a culture of empathy and understanding, significantly improving team dynamics, decision-making processes, and overall organisational resilience.
It equips emerging leaders and key professionals alike with the human skills necessary to navigate the complexities of modern workplaces, ensuring sustained growth, innovation, and a thriving work environment.
The top five key target groups who could best benefit from this programme include:
Emerging Leaders: Young professionals identified as having high potential for future leadership roles. This group can greatly benefit from developing their communication and leadership skills early in their careers to prepare them for the complexities of leadership responsibilities, not to mention the likelihood they will stick around.
Mid-Level Managers: Those who directly manage teams and projects and have a significant influence on operational outcomes. Strengthening their communication skills in key moments can lead to improved team performance, engagement, and innovation.
Project Managers: Individuals tasked with leading cross-functional projects stand to gain from enhanced communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, leading to more successful project outcomes and team collaboration.
High-Potential Employees: Irrespective of their current roles, employees who show exceptional ability and motivation would benefit from the program to accelerate their contribution to the organisation, potentially improving retention and better preparing them for future leadership positions and the contributions they will make.
Technical Experts with Leadership Potential: Specialists who possess crucial technical skills and have the potential for leadership roles. Developing their interpersonal and communication skills can help bridge the gap between technical expertise and effective leadership, enabling them to lead teams and projects more effectively.

TESTIMONIAL
“The book and this process has taught me to take more time to reflect and appreciate and make decisions that I’ve chosen myself. This has come at a really crucial time for me because everything that’s happening with work, and it been very up and down. And previously I know that I would not be reacting in a calm and thoughtful way. I would just be going a bit all over the shop, whereas your book’s taught me to take a moment, think it through: what can I control, what can I do? And to put everything in a more positive way, and to chunk down what I’m trying to do, where I’m trying to get to, and the best ways to do that and to be really open about that. To have the conversations with people that are important to me about it. It’s been very, very, very useful.”
